Genesis 37& 38; Psalm 7; Luke 15

Still ass cold here......saw that term on twitter this morning, describes it well. The sun is shining tho so I guess in all honesty it could be much worse. I do favor SUMMER tho and count the days to 80 degrees.

This living a life of risk is not all it's cracked up to be. I wanted excitement and what I'm getting is facing over and over my lack of humility, my lack of honesty, my lacks....not beating myself up here just in the risk is alot of facing and turning to You to try and operate out of MY comfort zone....mostly it doesn't work BUT I am seeing that the RISK is in that 'trying'......

Luke 15 God's joy of the lost being found......in my elder brotherishness.......I was lost without ever going too far away, never knew Your comfort because I always wanted to run away and never knew in the wanting to....I was every bit as lost as the one who does physically run.....now to live 31-32"His father said, 'Son, you don't understand. You're with me all the time, and everything that is mine is yours—but this is a wonderful time, and we had to celebrate. This brother of yours was dead, and he's alive! He was lost, and he's found!'"
to live as an heir without any of the piousness or pride that such a place in a worldly view holds, to live humbly grateful and alert.....alert to the lost who may be around me desperately wanting to know You......living humbly grateful.......hmmm I wonder how I do that......not sure I get humility at all.......
