Psalm 1

Psalm 1: 2 Instead you thrill to God's Word, you chew on Scripture day and night.

I lived a life in an irrational fear or more like a lack of knowing the value to these words, all the words in the bible...?? I grew up hearing the bible at church but never engaging, knowing I could engage, knowing anything more about it than another’s teaching. And now I read it for myself and it touches me where I’d not been touched before.

I read the bible now and chew on it most of the day. I do thrill to it….

thrill = Main Entry:
thrill
Pronunciation:
\ˈthril\
Function:
verb
Etymology:
Middle English thirlen, thrillen to pierce, from Old English thyrlian, from thyrel hole, from thurh through — more at through
Date:
1592
transitive verb1 a: to cause to experience a sudden sharp feeling of excitement b: to cause to have a shivering or tingling sensation2: to cause to vibrate or tremble perceptiblyintransitive verb1: to move or pass so as to cause a sudden wave of emotion2: to become thrilled: a: to experience a sudden sharp excitement b: tingle, throb

Well that's probably MORE confusing BUT to my mind to be thrilled by something changes or more can be a good thrill or even a piercing thrill...that God knew me so well and loves me still...that God took even the slightest interest in us....just alot of thinking going on today.
