yesterday felt like a full day of sitting at the well.....not being able to escape what is inside me. so this quote this morning brings some comfort and obedience to stay there....having me see what You see is really inside me....

this story of Peter in Acts, his peace in prison. he'd betrayed Jesus and faced it, accepted forgiveness and love from Jesus...so in prison he slept. people prayed for him, the church prayed strenuously for him and in prison he had peace. i wonder if that is what is coming in my older years..that peace? knowing my healing comes from You, in accepting how really ill, evil...in need of forgiveness i am and accepting grace, living somehow in that realization drenched w/it...NEEDING desperately grace there's this peace...needing something you can only get in being sorry and not just sorry repentant...... trying to explain something i simply need to live in today...I will today listen and accept and be obedient to what i hear w/YOUR help please...
