crap

here's the deal, never started anything in my whole life because of an innate knowledge of failure or incompletion....this starting a team of people surrounded around a cause won't let me go.....

this morning Ecclesiastes 7:8 The end of a matter is better than its beginning, and patience is better than pride...........just starting something doesn't mean there won't be someone wayyy more qualified come along and FINISH it....waiting for someone to tell me 'u can do it'...feels ridiculous this morning, seems way more about me than about what needs to happen....but Abba how the heck do you start something???

Why does it need started??

There is nothing we as white people can DO to change the culture of South Africa. Change has to come from the people themselves. Change powerfully comes from the Holy Spirit, the Holy Spirit comes from God through Jesus.....Rufus and Almarie live there and their desire to impact the culture is real and tangible and possible. Possible because of their connections to the Xohsa people....possible because their passion for them is from You.

Hate the culture....love the people....Hate the culture...respect the people...Rufus does both and is there.....

hate is such a strong word......seperate the culture from the people....change comes from strength.....strength comes from wrestling with You in and through all this...please Abba guide me / us in 'what about now'....

To create a new culture loving and respecting the people....My desire in my own family was/is to create a new culture....centered around Jesus Christ....not family.....
