1 Kings 7; 2 Chronicles 4; Psalm 98; Romans 2

Be careful what you pray for.... been praying YOU to BE enough.....

Needing what only YOU provide
Wanting what You never promise

And in that wanting YOU to be enough......didn't feel like it at the time but more and more as I think about it You are......still lonely but You are....or getting there....

Prayers for 'something'......to live in the acceptance and not expectance.....

Romans 2: 9-11 If you go against the grain, you get splinters, regardless of which neighborhood you're from, what your parents taught you, what schools you attended. But if you embrace the way God does things, there are wonderful payoffs, again without regard to where you are from or how you were brought up. Being a Jew won't give you an automatic stamp of approval. God pays no attention to what others say (or what you think) about you. He makes up his own mind.

And then the rest of Romans ouch....the Psalm, a choir of gratitude... w/every living thing joining in....to live a life in hope and acceptance of that because of what You did.....embracing, holding on and following where You lead.

To be so scared and yet hearing You say...'stay the course'.....found this and it applies...May God have mercy on me, that I might be the means of extending His mercy to others...

Great words. Stay the course. I think that's a struggle for me. It's easy to wimp out when I don't think I'm getting enough out of something. Thanks for the encouragement.
