are a jealous God.....Deut 4:24.....God, your God, is not to be trifled with—he's a consuming fire, a jealous God.
how easily we forget, stray, wander...how quickly my heart turns.....when You are right there always...whether we /I see or feel it YOU are present and full of mercy and GRACE and love .....desiring us/me to witness it and point it out to others...Jesus always Jesus.....
and then the HOPE of Mark 13: 9-10"And watch out! They're going to drag you into court. And then it will go from bad to worse, dog-eat-dog, everyone at your throat because you carry my name. You're placed there as sentinels to truth. The Message has to be preached all across the world. 11"When they bring you, betrayed, into court, don't worry about what you'll say. When the time comes, say what's on your heart—the Holy Spirit will make his witness in and through you.
I have a friend right now who has forgotten all that You have done, will do...praying for her to do that all important u-turn and seek You...so both these readings today give me hope as I pray for her.....for all of us to remember You are God and worthy of our praise....You are my everything....
Psalm 36: 5-6 God's love is meteoric,
his loyalty astronomic,
His purpose titanic,
his verdicts oceanic.
Yet in his largeness
nothing gets lost;
Not a man, not a mouse,
slips through the cracks.
7-9 How exquisite your love, O God!
How eager we are to run under your wings,

as you fill our tankards with Eden spring water.
